Even David Lynch thinks meditation is a “great thing”

It’s not just me who thinks meditation is a good thing. Here’s David Lynch talking about meditation. It is quite gorgeous they way he uses words like “the enjoyment of living – grows” “it is a beautiful, beautiful thing – and it’s us.”
