Here’s your free thank you download

The fabulous Peter Crawford of Meditation Mojo has kindly given us permission to use his extremely popular meditation to say thanks to everyone who took part in the experiment.

If you are on a pc just right click

 

to download the meditation for your own use whenever you like. If you are on a mac like me click on it and then go up to file – save as.
