Our February Experiment is nearly here!!

For the record I am just as excited as everyone else as I have been very slack and completely fallen out of my meditation routine and can’t wait to get started again.
One of the questions I get asked a lot is “where should I meditate?” As you’d expect I had no idea so I asked Gayatri of the Australian School of Meditation and Yoga.
Here’s her answer:
Do you have a plan yet where you are going to meditate? I’ve included a photo of my spot (complete with not-very-fancy cushion taken off the 20-year-old lounge. And yes I could have removed the bucket and mowed the lawn first but figure that wasn’t really in the spirit of honesty.)
I’d love to hear where anyone else meditates. Is it a closed room? Inside or outside? Is it always the same spot?
I’m a newbie to meditating so I’m not sure where my ‘spot’ is going to be! BUT, I do know that it’s going to be a child-free zone and that really only leaves my bedroom, the bathroom or the laundry
Can’t wait to start!
