Joy Reynolds explains how meditation can change how you feel about yourself

One of the great joys of creating this website is meeting with so many experts, each of whom has a different story and a different take on how meditation can help.

I met with Joy at her lovely studio at Southport on the Gold Coast and was struck by how personal, honest and generous is her approach to teaching meditation.
