… I guess that was the limit of my “mindfulness”? anyhow, looking forward to getting better at it … It certainly left me smiling
I must say I was very disappointed when that smooth, silky, lindt chilli chocolate … that was melting and tingling on my toungue – was MISSING when I swallowed
