Visualisation and mediation is a powerful practice. It has benefits for creativity, shifting mood, reducing anxiety and developing concentration. Creative visualisation is a normal and natural mental process that can be used to create feelings of calmness and contentment. Images of nature are widely used for meditation and relaxation. So sit comfortably, choose your favourite scene from nature and relax. Take yourself to that special place in your mind.

  1. Beautiful guided meditation – very soothing voice and lovely imagery. I took 10 mins to do this when I was busy running around with what felt like a million things to do. I came away feeling in a much better frame of mind to approach these things and got on with them with more focus and productivity! Great result :-)

  2. Kyle-Lee’s voice is so harmonious to the ear – mellifluous is the word that comes to mind. As soon as I hear her voice I feel calmness coming.
