I know I’m racing ahead but wanted to do another one this morning, and I LOVED this. I found the numbers a tiny bit distracting, but I can se how it made you concentrate on the different areas of the body. Good one to use anywhere too.
There’s no problem going ahead – or backwards with the meditations Pip. You might notice I have removed the day numbers as they seemed to be putting pressure on everyone to “keep up.

One thing I’ve found is that having something to focus on, like the numbers in this one, actually helps me to meditate and relax. I liked this a lot.
