I really like this one. Calm and soothing. I enjoy the tone of his voice and the content.
I loved this one. It was great as it’s something that can be done anywhere and at anytime and you don’t need to be guided through. Am going to see if I can do this one everyday this week! : -)
Again I really liked Matt’s straightforward approach. My eyes felt v flickery at the beginning of this one and in spite of feeling like my mind wandered during the meditation, they stopped doing so by the end. I also had a nervous feeling in the pit of my stomach (not sure why) but I tried to just notice it rather than analyse it. Easier said than done sometimes but I feel like I’m getting better at doing that!
